This holiday apartment near the beach is located in a residence in Gran Alacant and boasts a beautiful view of the sea from the rooftop terrace.
The holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, garden furniture, an open rooftop terrace, a balcony and an outdoor shower.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 126m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 64m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 400m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 1.15km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 1.14km Playa del Carabassí Free parking is available in a garage and on the property.
Small pets are allowed if requested in advance.
Parties and smoking are not allowed. Towels and bed linen are included in the price.

Esta casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable y tranquila. Queda muy cerca de la playa y la urbanización está muy bien cuidada y comunicada con el resto de Santa Pola y Gran Alacant.

Property is in great area and quite well equipped. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues though so be aware.
Few mix ups with booking where instructions were sent in German and we weren't sure of actual address but Maria met us and showed us around.
Lovely and peaceful area unless someone sets the neighbours dog off barking.
Great public transport around area.

Communication with the owner and local key holder were quick and easy, the apartment was very clean and well prepared for our visit. The apartment is spacious and the furnishings were of a good quality - unlike some rentals. Our only "negative" would be the lack of UK channels on the TV, but we...
