In Estepona, the holiday apartment Boulevard 302 offers an excellent view of the sea.
The 87 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The holiday apartment boasts a private terrace, which offers a wonderful view.
The property has also access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a childrens pool, a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Läget, vädret och det fantastiska pool området, vacker trädgård och naturligtvis havsutsikten. Estepona är mysigt med Tapas och Cava i gamla stan.
Lite synd att det bara fanns två solstolar för pool området när vi var fyra som bodde i lägenheten.

We felt at home right away. The apartment have everything you need, tastefull decor and are not "stuffed" with personal items. Very comfortable bed.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen von Arwen. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Lage gut, direkt am Meer. Leider keine Sonnenaufgänge oder Sonnenuntergänge von der Veranda aus zu beobachten. In der Küche war leider das Geschirr nicht so sauber. In unserem Zimmer gab es wohl einen Schrank und eine Komm...
