Accommodation description
The apartment is perfectly kept and tastefully decorated with many wood details. With its 2 bedrooms and open kitchen it is a perfect stay for small families. Children can go to the swimming pool (entrance fee) by themselves, which is right next to the house. It is in a quiet location where you can enjoy a lot of privacy
The centre of Maria Alm is only a few minutes' walk away. The cosy village square is surrounded by nice terraces. From the village, the first ski lift (also in summer) goes directly to the entire Hochkönig Ski Area. Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale and good location. A medium-sized ski area is right on your doorstep with challenges for every type of skier. And it is not too far to Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour. Many sporting activities in the area make this apartment attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can have their fill and a beautiful golf course is nearby
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located.

Die Wohnung hatte einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Steinerne Meer und war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie war sehr sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Besonders die Wohnküche strahlte eine urige Gemütlichkeit aus.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich.

Wanderurlaub mit Freunden. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Saubere Unterkunft mit ausreichend Schlafmöglichkeiten. Vollausgestattete Küche und traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Der Erstkontakt per Mail war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das hat sich bei der Ankunft direkt wiedergespielt. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und wussten, dass wir immer einen Ansprechpartner haben sobald es fragen gibt. Rundum war alles wirklich sehr angenehm. Es wurde sehr viel Mühe in die Einrichtung investiert was wirklich bemerkenswert ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
