Bright two-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with lift, featuring a wonderful sea view, only 110mt from the beach. It can accommodate up to six guests. It is composed of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom with a shower box, and a spacious balcony. Equipped with a washing machine, one covered parking spot, and a reserved beach place ( 1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed). A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
*Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season)
*Late check-in: 19:00-22:00>30euros fee (no check-in after 22:00)
*Check-out: until 10:00

All services/items below must be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency:
°Not included-Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 100euros>to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection
-City tax

-Bed linen and bathroom towels: 15euros per set/person
-A/C: 60euros per week
-1 small/medium pet: 40/50euros/week>no cats allowed
