Just 1km from the city centre, in a fully enclosed property, Le Nid de Coucou is located in a house with another accommodation (rented year-round). The entrance is independent and access is via 2 steps: kitchen, living room/lounge with immediate access to the covered terrace, 2 bedrooms (140x190) (3x90x190 including 1 bunk bed and 1 pull-out bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Outside just for you: a north-facing terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha overlooking the garden, a semi-covered east-facing terrace accessible from the living room.
In the basement (staircase with ramp): washing machine and dryer.
For little ones: high chair, bed, potty.
Holiday insurance is required by the owner.
Extras: air coolers and fans, hi-fi system, DVD player with DVD library, bakery 50m away, electric vehicle charging station (100m), free "Nyonsbus" shuttle (stop 200m away). Beautiful holiday home for 5 people, the Nid de Coucou is located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale in the charming little town of Nyons.
In the Natural Park of Baronnies Provençales, in the south of the Drôme department and on the edge of Vaucluse, come and relax and recharge your batteries in one of the sunniest areas of France.
After tasting the unique flavor of its beautiful olive, admiring the Roman Bridge, strolling in the Jardin des Arômes and cooling off in the aquatic leisure park, set off to discover the hilltop villages, medieval fortresses, terraces, squares, arcades, Provencal markets and Mediterranean vegetation and landscapes.
Located on the wine route circuit, you can also take the opportunity to visit the many wine estates and taste the famous vintages.
Vaison la Romaine, Grignan, and the Défilé de Trente Pas are 20 minutes away.

Bel appartement de plain-pied fonctionnel et rénové avec goût, à proximité des commerces et du centre-ville tout peut se faire à pied ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jean-Jacques qui a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin de le contacter durant notre séjour. Merci !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans une maison confortable et très bien décorée.. Notre court séjour ne nous a pas permis de profiter du beau jardin,nous le regrettons.Nous le conseillerons à notre entourage si l'occasion se présente.

Un séjour à Nyons très agréable, avec un très bon accueil par Jean-Jacques.Le gîte est très bien équipé, propre, moderne, et nous avons pu découvrir les environs avec plaisir. Expérience à renouveler, éventuellement à une autre période de l'année.
