In a prime location close to the ski area, this detached chalet with terrace/balcony and breathtaking views of the distinctive mountain landscape, including glacier, is located.
Relax in the sauna after an active day in the mountains.
This spacious chalet also has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal while enjoying a glass of wine.
Enjoy your meal! Don't feel like cooking? Around 900 metres away is a nice restaurant where you can enjoy Austrian cuisine with a large group.
Are you sporty and do you enjoy a long morning walk? Then get fresh rolls in the morning on foot in the centre, which is also about 900 metres from the chalet.
Ordering online is also possible, and they will be hanging fresh at your front door in the morning.
For winter sports lovers, this luxury chalet is a dream, as if a Christmas card had come to life.
The ski bus stop to Königsleiten is right outside the door.
There are 3 popular ski areas in the immediate vicinity: Zillertal Arena, Kitzbühler Alps and the Wildkogel Arena.
The latter ski area is really an ideal area for families with children.
The Salzburger Superskikarte gives you access to all three areas and you can even use it to take a trip to Kaprun, with the eternal glacier, Zell am See and the well-known Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
The region is also known as a perfect summer area and has even won awards for it.
There are several fun excursions for all ages, including a visit to the nearby, famous Krimmler waterfalls and the stunning reservoir near Königsleiten.
Are you more into action? The Hohe Tauern is Europe's largest protected nature reserve and offers a true mountain paradise for hikers and mountain bikers.
There is also plenty to do for small children.

Wir hatten eine tolle Skiwoche in diesem schönen Haus. Der Ausblick ist wundervoll! Wir waren 15 Personen - es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt eine geräumige Garage für Ski und Skischuhe. Wir haben auch den Brötchenservice genutzt. Es war rundum perfekt!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Zimmer sauber und urig eingerichtet. Fast alle Zimmer sind inkl. Dusche und Toilette. Gigantische Aussicht. Die Gegend ist zum Wandern traumhaft. Waren in einer Woche bei überwiegend Regen ca. 80km unterwegs. Leider hat bei unseren Aufenthalt das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. ? Liebe Grüße Manuela

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Die im Vorfeld der Reise erhaltenen zusätzlichen Informationen zum Haus und der Umgebung waren umfangreich und gut recherchiert.
