In the middle of the southern Spanish resort of Nerja, the cozy apartment "Pintada 25" welcomes you with overlooking the Calle Pintada.
The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine.
A furnished balcony and a terrace with sun loungers are also part of the apartment.
Here you can relax in the sun or enjoy the warm nights together with a glass of wine.
Thanks to the central location of the apartment in the center of town, restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets are only a few minutes walk away.
But the former fishing village with its picturesque alleys and flower-decorated houses also invites you simply to stroll.
The nearest beach and the Balcón de Europa are within 3 minutes (240m) walking distance.
The famous caves of Nerja can be reached by car in 12 minutes (5km).
The city of Malaga and the airport are a 45-minute drive (55km) away.
There are 18 steps to reach the apartment and 13 steps more to reach the terrace where you will also find the laundry area.
Pets are not allowed.

Nerja was lovely and Dory a wonderful host. Easy to communicate and available for questions. Wonderful location, beautiful views, delicious restaurants.

Emplacement de tout premier ordre à Nerja. Surprenamment calme et tranquille. Appartement propre. Est cependant plus petit qu’il n’apparaît sur les photos.

We had a four night stay and the location was perfect. We were lucky enough to be there in the New Year and we had a procession go past our balcony, which was great because were so central. The apartment is clean and comfortable.
