This lovely 110 m² apartment consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one ensuite bathroom is in the main room) and can therefore accommodate up to 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix, a Wii console, a washing machine, and a cot and highchair on request.
Start each day on your private open terrace with a delicious breakfast and the stunning sea view.
Thanks to the incredible location, you will find everything you need in walking distance.
Markets, restaurants, bars, and cafés-even the beach-are all a short stroll away (500m). Or hop in the car and cruise down the coast taking in the beautiful views from the many observation decks high on the cliffs just 10 minutes away (5 km). And if you would like to play a round of golf, you can be at the course in just 25 minutes (27 km). Guests staying at “Casa Punta Brava” will have all of the northern coast of Tenerife at their fingertips.
Street parking is available and cannot be guaranteed.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The apartment has two entrances from two different streets; one is facing the sea on a pedestrian promenade.

Das Check in hat tiptop geklappt. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Der Vermieter war freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Das Wetter war etwas kühl und wir hatten ziemlich kalt respektive es war feucht in der Wohnung. Nachdem wir jedoch den Vermieter kontaktiert haben, war er am gleichen Abend mit einem Gasheizer vor Ort.
Da wir gerne selber kochen, dürfte die Küchenausstattung etwas mehr sein.

Der Empfang durch Juan war sehr freundlich. Er ist ein sehr angenehmer, pünktlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet. Kostenfreie Parkplätze gab es ausreichend direkt vor der Haustür. Vom Loro Park war nichts zu hören. Bars um...
