It is located a stone's throw from the Alghero-Bosa road to Spiaggia della Speranza.
Public transport stops are just a short walk away and it is still possible to reach the city center on foot.
The apartment is new with a large livable veranda and ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing dinners.
In addition to the veranda, there is a large room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a veranda, and a bedroom with a double sofa bed.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and window.
You will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property before arrival.
If you do not receive the contract in time, you must contact the agency that manages the property at the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee of 15 EUR per person, per stay. .
City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights .
