Pets are allowed on request. In a sunny location in Cala Blanca, the charming apartment "Mar i Vent" is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation by the sea.
With a beautiful sea view and a wonderful sunset, the apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
You can enjoy the breathtaking sea views from your private terrace. The outdoor area of gravel and wood is furnished with hammocks.
The outdoor shower is perfect for cooling off after your sun bath. The heather covered terrace has a chill out corner where you can enjoy the shade - perfect for relaxing. There is a table and chairs for your outside meals and an electric plancha for grilling fish or meat outside. The nearest beaches are Cala Blanca at a distance of 800m (10 min max walk) and Cala Santandria (1,5 km) 20 min walk.
The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization. During the season a small supermarket, restaurants, bars and cafes are open.
The nearest restaurant is 150 m from this apartment.
There are restaurants at only 200m walking distance as well as some stores and a supermarket at 350m.
Ciutadella de Menorca is 4 km away and the nearest airport, Menorca airport, is 50 km from this property and can be reached after a 45 minutes drive. Parking is available on the street.
Bed linen and towels, plus beach towels are included in the price.
