Located in the sunny area of Cala Blanca, this charming apartment is the perfect spot for a peaceful seaside getaway.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
One bedroom has a 150 cm bed, the other a 135 cm bed. Relax on the private terrace while admiring the sea. The outdoor area, with gravel and wooden flooring, offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower—ideal for cooling off after sunbathing.
The covered terrace has a shaded chill-out area, a table, chairs, and an electric grill for outdoor cooking. Families are welcome, but please note that children under 7 and groups of young people are not accepted.
Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Street parking is available and easy to find near the apartment.
Bed linen and towels, including beach towels, are provided. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer for a comfortable, worry-free stay. The nearest beaches are Cala Blanca (800 m, 10 min walk) and Cala Santandria (1.5 km, 20 min walk). The apartment is in a quiet residential area with a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and cafés open in season.
The closest restaurant is just 150 m away, with more dining and shopping options within 350 m. Ciutadella de Menorca is 4 km away and Menorca Airport is 50 km (about 45 minutes by car).
