Very comfortable one bedroom apartment in the center of Marina di Campo, located 15 meters from the largest sandy beach on the island, equipped with every service.
This apartment is perfect for those who want to forget the car and take a holiday of relaxation and comfort. Two-room apartment is composed of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Important Notes: - Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted. - Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM. - Small pets are allowed with a €30.00 cleaning fee. - Deposit (mandatory): €200.00. This will be refunded within a few days of your stay.
We recommend paying in cash, which is due upon departure if you depart after 3:00 PM (time to clean), or by bank transfer. - Bed linen and towels: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Please request before arrival. Key collection information: Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival.
