Villa Festina Lente is located only 2 km from the sea and a few minutes' walk to the nearest restaurants and shops, this villa is an excellent choice for a relaxing family vacation.
The beautiful villa has the charm of a minimalist modern touch. On the ground floor you will find an elegant living room connected to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room, which is located on the ground floor, as well as the bedrooms are air-conditioned so that you can completely relax during hot summer days.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room, which means that the villa can accommodate up to 5 people.
From the ground floor you have direct access to the spacious terrace surrounding your own private heated pool, where you can spend your days soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade on the high-quality sun loungers.
There is also a covered area with a barbecue, a small summer kitchen and a dining table at your disposal.
You will also have four bicycles at your disposal to explore the area. Object ID: ctma210 Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out until 10:00 a.m. Water in Croatia is potable, electricity is 220 volts.
The official currency is EUR. House rules should be observed from 10 pm to 7 am in order not to disturb other guests and locals. Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast. Attractive due to its natural and climatic characteristics, diverse tourist offer and hospitable hosts. For an unforgettable vacation, we recommend you to visit: the old part of the city with the main street Kalalarga with lots of adorable pubs, wine bars, restaurants and galleries. The main town square with the church of St. Marka surrounded by old buildings with a view of one of the most beautiful mountains, Biokovo, which you must visit. You can go by minibus, private car, or if you like sports and recreation, you can go on foot, but of course with consultation at the office of the nature park in Makarska. The latest project at Biokovo is a horseshoe-shaped viewpoint outside the cliff with a glass surface for walking called Skywalk. Also, don't stay on just one beach. The entire Makarska Riviera is full of large beaches and small, hidden coves that you should explore. In summer, the city offers a rich entertainment program called "Makarsko ljeto".

This is a relatively new and quality villa with great views, immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable 7 night stay. Einfach toll, das Haus war genauso beschrieben, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und der Obstkorb eine Wucht. Auch wurde sich während unseres 14tägigen Aufenthaltes sehr gut ums uns und unsere beiden Teeniemädchen gekümmert. Unser Hund konnte frei laufen weil das Haus rundherum abgesichert ist.Wir werden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Wir waren überrascht, wie schön das ganze Anwesen ist. Das Haus, der Pool, die Lounches und die komplette Einrichtung waren erste Sahne. Die Lage etwas oberhalb von Makarska ermöglicht einen tolle Ausblick.
Leider wurde rund um das Haus gebaut, auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen, was uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus wieder buchen.
