Apartment house Miro Borik is situated in a quiet location in Rovinj, only 300 meters from the sea and about 2 km from the city center.
There is a beautiful pine forest nearby, offering a green touch of nature, full of aromas and colors of flora and the lovely birds singing - perfect for bicycle rides or long walks.
A restaurant and a grocery store are within walking distance.
There are two apartments in total in the house, which all share a nice garden.
This is the ideal place to spend an enjoyable holiday with family and friends.
This comfortable apartment can accommodate up to 2 persons.
It is situated on the first floor of the house with a total living area of 50 sqm. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchen with dining area connected to the bright living room with air-conditioning.
The apartment also has an exit to a lovely furnished balcony, ideal for having some coffee in the morning or a glass of wine during the warm summer evenings.
WiFi, bed linen, towels and private parking are also provided and included in the rental price.
