The traditional Ibizan house ‘Villa Dalt S Era’ is located in a quiet area near the town of Santa Gertrudis, in the centre of the island.
Boasting a view of the mountains, the property consists of a living/dining room, a large, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (1 en suite in the double bedroom and one large bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks) and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a game console and video games and children’s books and toys.
A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request.
In the house you will also find a children’s play area with 2 soccer goals and footballs.
This makes it the perfect accommodation for families with children.
The highlight of this property is definitely its private outdoor area with a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower.

In approximately 6 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Sandra Gertrudis, a traditional Ibizan town with a church in its main square as well as many bars and restaurants in the square and the surrounding streets.

In less than 15 minutes driving you will reach the town of Ibiza where you can experience a very different atmosphere.

Wij, een vriendinnengroep van 5, hebben t heerlijk gehad! Echt een fantastisch huis, lekker centraal gelegen op Ibiza, een heerlijk zwembad, vele terrasjes en een keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt! Zeker een aanrader. Het enige was dat we het moeilijk konden vinden, maar Monica was zeer communicatief en heeft ons er goed naar toe geleid.

Es hat von A-Z alles sehr gut geklappt!! Das Haus war sehr sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr sauber und der Pool war super!!
