Boasting a marvelous location directly on the beach in Mijas and only a 3-minute drive from La Cala de Mijas, the holiday apartment Beach Pearl is part of a fenced, residential complex with 9 homes and is a perfect, family-friendly retreat for any time of the year.
Located on the ground floor, the wheelchair accessible apartment is decorated with a modern, tasteful furnishings and consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) and an integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one double bedroom as well as one bathroom.
The apartment can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a TV.
In the outdoor area of the property, you will find lush, regional plants and a view of the sparkling sea.
Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and smell the fresh breeze from the water.
Due to the apartment’s great location, there is a fantastic variety of towns, beaches and recreational activities in the area: La Cala de Mijas, with supermarkets, charming restaurants and beautiful beaches is 1.5 km or a 3-minute drive away while the diverse shops, restaurants and bars of Fuengirola are just 8 km or a 10-minute drive from the property.
Málaga is 25 km away, Marbella is 18 km from the property and you can reach the airport in 20 minutes by car.
Furthermore, for golf enthusiasts, courses are just a short drive away - the El Chaparral Golf Club, for instance, is just a 5-minute drive from the property.
Probably the highlight of the property’s location, however, is its proximity to the famous sandy shore of Costa del Sol: from your patio, you can take a path down to the sandy, local beach, where you can sunbathe below the blue sky and refresh yourself in the sea.

Lage direkt am Meer, Ausstattung gut & ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern problemlos.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße/Autobahn.
Mooi appartement , goede locatie, heerlijke vakantie!!!

Perfect en super uitgerust appartement , ontbreekt aan niets. Zeer aardige host, Eduardo. De andere appartementen zijn van de familie en verblijven daar zelf.
Direct aan het strand, heerlijk om de golven te horen, wij hebben genoten!!!
Goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken met de auto . De weg achter het huis, heb je geen last van.
Op de foto s staat het terras aan de achterkant met uitzicht op zee.
Maar de eerste dag werd ons gevraagd door de eigenaar van het appartement (woont erboven)om aan de zijkant te gaan zitten, maar daar hoor en zie je de auto’s de hele dag voorbij komen.
We hebben de foto s laten zien en gezegd dat...
