Modern holiday apartment only approximately 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, with a private sea view balcony This apartment is located in Agia Marina region close to a sandy beach.
There is also a shared garden area.
The apartment has two storeys. The ground floor is about 50 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room, a flatscreen TV, a double sofa, and a three-seater sofa. In addition there is a veranda with a table and chairs. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The above floor is about 50m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: Three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath tub. The first bedroom has a double bed with a garden view balcony, the second bedroom has two single beds with a sea view balcony and the third bedroom has also two single beds with a sea view balcony.
The beach is about 3 minutes walk. There are many restaurants, bars, beach bars, shops, super markets, pharmacy around the home.

This place was perfect for us! So clean and the view right on the Agean Sea is incomparable!! Just a bit outside of Chania, it was a great location for our home base in Crete.

We really loved the apartment and the nearby town, which had some great restaurants. Everything about our stay was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay! The only negative was the super steep hill we had to navigate to go anywhere. My sister has bad knees and it was a challenge for her. The hosts were amazing and available when we needed them. The views from the villa are breathtaking and the beach is beautiful.
