The holiday home "Villa Tania" boasts an excellent location in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, and it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday by the sea.

The 110 m² house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and a dishwasher, "3 bedrooms (one with a queensize bed, one with a double bed for 2 people and a single bed, one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, and cable television.

One of the highlights of the house is undoubtedly its beautiful outdoor area with views over the sea and the mountains.

Here guests can take a dip in the pool and cool off on warm summer days, start their day with a delicious breakfast at the outdoor dining table of one of the terraces (covered/uncovered), prepare delicious dishes in the barbecue, or relax under the sun with a good book on one of the sunbeds.

Due to its excellent location, you will find plenty of restaurants and bars and a small supermarket in a 7- 10 minute walk and the next sandy beach is Playa Blanca located a 10-15 minute walk away or 3 minutes away by car.

Here guests can relax on the sand with a good book or swim in the sea.

Guests can also go on a day trip to “Los Volcanes National Park” (24.4km; a 22-minute drive) or visit the “Jameos del Agua” natural and cultural space with beautiful caves, a restaurant and a museum (60 km; 56 minutes driving).

The airport of the island is conveniently located just 27.9km or a 28-minute drive from the property. The third bedroom, which features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, is located in a separate annex at the back of the property, with its own private entrance. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. The pool is not heated but it has a cover that maintains the water temperature and increases the temperature by 5 to 7 °C.
