The vacation house "Villa Lucienne" is 150m² and is located in the municipality of Muravera on the east coast of Sardinia.
It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television and a washing machine.
The vacation home also has a shared garden and a large covered and furnished terrace for private use.
Here you can relax after a long day on the beach and end the evening with a glass of wine.
The location of the house is ideal for this kind of holiday, because the almost 10km long sandy beach of the Costa Rei is only about 80 meters away.
Sun worshippers and those seeking relaxation, as well as adrenaline junkies and water sports fans will find everything they need here.
