The holiday home "Villa Lucienne" has an area of 150 m² and is located in the municipality of Muravera, on the eastern coast of Sardinia.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two of which have air conditioning and one with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, and a washing machine.
The house also offers a shared garden and a large, covered and furnished terrace for your private use, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or ending the evening with a glass of wine.
The location is perfect for those who want a beach holiday: the sandy Costa Rei beach, almost 10 km long, is only 80 metres away.
Here, both relaxation seekers and water sports enthusiasts will find everything they need.
Restaurants, bars, and cafés are located in the centre of Costa Rei, about a 14-minute walk away, where you will also find supermarkets and other shops.
The capital Cagliari and the airport can be reached by car in about an hour. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra fee.
