We select this pretty house as furnished • pollution and waste reduction: if no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental; all special requirements must be received at least 3 days before arriving - according to the Italian law (D.P.R. n. 412 1993 for the Venice area) heating may be on from October 15th until April 15th (between 05:00 am and 11:00 pm) and the temperature can t be regulated over 19 Celsius degrees (=66.2 Fahrenheit degrees); air conditioning (if available) can be on only from June 6th to September 3rd

Such a special place in the heart of Venice! Convenience store nearby, many restaurants, walk to the boat taxi 3 minutes, and quiet place too! So much space and very unique!

Just a short walk from the SanToma vaporetto, this property is a wonderful location to explore Venezia. It very much matches the photographs that are posted. There is access to a small private dock on the Grand Canal which offers a beautiful panorama of the waterway and all of its activities. My daughter and I loved our stay.
