In San Teodoro, a charming coastal town in Sardinia, the cozy holiday apartment “Trilocale a 200m dal Centro” is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday in one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in Italy.
The apartment consists of a cozy living room (with a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for 2 people, one with a double bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and cable television.
The apartment also offers a furnished covered terrace where you can start the day with a warm cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast while enjoying the fresh air.
You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of San Teodoro, which is just 4 minutes walking from the apartment (300m), while the closest beaches, Spiaggia de la Cinta and Spiaggia Cala d’Ambra, are just a 4-minute drive (800m) and a 6-minute drive (1.8km) away respectively.
The closest airport is in Olbia, and it can be reached after 25 minutes driving (29.5km).
Parking spaces are available on the property. 1 small-sized pet is allowed on request.
