The beautiful “Villa Era 2” is located in the urbanization El Roque next to El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and it impresses guests with its spacious shared outdoor area and its modern decorations.

It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, 1 with a queensize bed), as well as 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair.

One of the highlights of the property is its charming, shared outdoor area, where you will find a generous pool surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues (one for each house) and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening.

You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the closest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village El Cotillo, which is just a 5-minute drive away (2km).

Guests can also visit the Calderón Hondo volcano (25minutes driving, 10.8km) or the water park Acua, especially if they are traveling with children (20 minutes by car; 18.2km).

The airport of the island can be reached after 41 minutes driving (43.7km). Parking spaces are available on the property. The pool can be heated for an extra fee.
