Can Picafort, in northeast Mallorca, has grown from a small fishing village into one of the island’s most popular destinations.
Located on the long bay of Alcúdia, it offers two beaches within walking distance, plenty of entertainment options, and good infrastructure, making it ideal for families and active travelers. Quietly situated in the village and just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach, the welcoming and stylish "Casa Mediterránea" holiday home (125 m²) is set away from the main tourist areas.
The tastefully furnished house features a living room with sofa and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, a collection of games, satellite TV, baby cot, and high chair.
The outdoor area of this well-kept, semi-detached, fenced and secluded house is protected by video surveillance.
A heated hot tub is available on request for an extra fee. In central Can Picafort, about 350–700 m away, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops within a 5–10 minute walk.
The fine sandy "Playa El Muro," stretching for kilometers to Alcúdia, is also just 10 minutes away on foot and perfect for long evening strolls. Palma de Mallorca and the airport are about 50 km and an hour’s drive away.
Street parking is available.
Pets, parties, and events are not allowed.
The eco-tax is mandatory and must be paid at the property.

Maison très agréable, joliment décorée, spacieuse, propre. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont prévus. Le quartier est calme et proche de la plage et des magasins.

Der Whirlpool war eine gute Entscheidung. Strand zum abkühlen ist fußläufig zu erreichen sowie genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles da was man auch für einen längeren Urlaubsaufenthalt brauchen kann. Die Unterkunft und die Außenanlage war sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, ich würde ihn mit einer Schulnote von 3 bewerten. Das Haus war sauber, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder in Ordnung, die Lage einfach super – fußläufig zum Strand, das ist unschlagbar.
