In Puerto de Alcudia, the holiday home Can Jaume is located just a short walk from the beautiful port.
Boasting a sea view, the apartment is located on the 4th floor (accessible via lift) and stylishly decorated to give a modern feel.
It consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms.
The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room and in the hallway in front the bedrooms), a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair.
Your private furnished balcony invites you to start the day with a hot cup of coffee while you admire the view of the surrounding greenery and of the sea. Due to its excellent location in the Port of Alcudia, there are shops, bars, restaurants just outside.
Even so, the flat is very quiet and peaceful, as the windows and doors are double glazed and it is perfectly soundproofed.
The Alcudia beach is only a 3 minute walk from the property and the Hidropark water park is a 27 minute walk or a 6 minute drive (2,9 km). Palma de Mallorca Airport (62.2 km) can be reached in 44 minutes by car. This apartment is very quiet since there are no neighbours above or next to the flat.
You can really relax here. Street parking is available.

The situation was good, 4 floors up (with lift) views of the mountains in one direction and the sea in the other from the balcony. In the center of a variety of eateries, excellent bakery, grocery and cloths shopping.
Not being great with directions, it took a little time to find!

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet in einer sehr schönen Lage.Gastgeberin war jederzeit für eventuelle Rückfragen zu erreichen.Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und würden uns jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung. Es gab 2 große Schlafzimmer was für uns als Familie perfekt war. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Waschmaschine hat uns gefreut.
Der Strand ist direkt die Straße hoch und es hatten sogar im Winter viele Bars/Restaurants geöffnet. Ein Bäcker...
Die Wasserhähne spritzen einen sehr an, vor allem unsere Tochter war regelmäßig ganz nass.
Der Parkplatz war sehr voll. Für uns im Winter ok, aber im Sommer stelle ich mir das schwierig vor.
