This extravagant holiday apartment "SPR Ático" is located in the top floor of a house in Santa Ursula in the north of the Canary Island Tenerife.
It is situated on the 3rd floor and accessible by a lift.
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms.
One of the two bathrooms is directly connected to a bedroom, allowing you to enjoy a high standard of privacy.
The property can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix and a beautiful fireplace, which emphasizes the elegant flair of the apartment.
The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the covered terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The whirlpool is ideal for relaxing above the rooftops and leaving the everyday stress behind.
There are also seating facilities so that you can spend time together in the shade of the terrace.

El jacuzzi de la terraza y la bañera hidromasaje de la habitación. Cocina muy bien equipada. Ubicación muy buena.

Die „Verwalterin“ bemüht sich sehr. 1 vorhandenes „Menü-Messer“ wurde nach Reklamation durch 6 Küchenmesser ersetzt. Handtücher und Spüllappen nachgeliefert. Neuer guter Kühl- und Gefrierschrank sowie große funktionstüchtige Fernseher vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hatte sicherlich mal eine gute Ausstattung. Inzwischen alles alt und kaputt: Möbel, Geschirr, Besteck, Kissen etc. … Spülmaschine zugeschraubt. Von den Scharnieren/Stoßdämpfern der Küchenoberschränke funktionieren genau noch 2. Der Gasherd wurde durch Induktionsfeld ersetzt. Töpfe nur e...

El jazuzzi no calentaba mucho, el televisor del dormitorio cambio a mejor pero no ha cambiado la foto.
