Located in the centre of Torre San Giovanni, just a few steps from the Ionian seaside, this holiday apartment boasts a wonderful location and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.
Recently renovated, the modern apartment consists of a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, one double bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and a television.
The highlight of the apartment is its generous balcony, which offers a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea.
Here you can enjoy a refreshing beverage or a good book in the fresh sea air. Just 20 m from your balcony, you will find the romantic promenade that wraps along the Ionian seaside.
Furthermore, a great selection of restaurants, supermarkets and shops are located in the immediate vicinity - not more than a 3-minute walk or 250 m away.
A long series of white sandy beaches, including Spiaggia di Torre San Giovanni, begins a little more than a 10-minute walk or 800 m away. Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee. The property charges a fee for electricity use. - Train station shuttle Payment 90,00 € per ride
