The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and is comfortably and fully furnished. It has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A separate bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) is located next to the house. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and toilet. A washing machine is also installed. The apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in a beautiful garden full of flowers.
Parking is available next to the house for approximately five vehicles or for smaller vehicles plus a boat trailer. Pets are not allowed. However, the house is not fenced. Several sandy or rocky beaches are not far from the house. The sea is clean and pleasant for swimming and diving.
