The ideal capacity of the accommodation is three people. The complex has a swimming pool with free access to guests with a shower, sun loungers and a bathroom. The property has air conditioning and a 500 Mb Wi-Fi connection. The building has two lifts, but does not have a parking space.

It is possible to rent a parking space in a public car park just 50 metres from the property. At the back of the building is the Parque de la Constitución, where you can enjoy a pleasant relaxing walk for adults and with slides and swings for children. Within 100 metres of the property there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as supermarkets.

The beaches of Faro and Fontanilla have toilets, playgrounds, hammocks, parasols and beach bars.

The promenade leads to Puerto Banús, one of the most famous ports in the world, located 6.5 km away along the beach line at all times.
