Your holiday villa near Calonge This ideally situated 4-bedroom villa accommodates nine people and has a beautiful private swimming pool.
Villa Nepal is located in a quiet street in a residential area, with only local traffic.
Your car can be parked safely on site.
Because of its ideal location in a quiet area, and only 6500 metres from the beach, this villa is ideal for families with children.
Villa Nepal is located on street level and has a living area of 210m2.
On entering the house through the front door, you arrive at the fully furnished living room with fireplace.
This level also houses the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The villa’s functional interior features warm colours and creates a cosy authentic atmosphere.
In addition, the villa benefits from central heating for the colder days, as well as from a USB-internet connection.
At the rear of the villa a staircase leads up to the beautiful private swimming pool with water slide where children can enjoy splashing around, while you can relax in the beautiful natural garden or on one of the lovely landscaped terraces.
There is also a playground available to entertain the little ones! The beautiful exterior of Villa Nepal allows you to experience the real Spanish open air lifestyle! Your villa’s surroundings In Calonge you will be guaranteed to relax, simply by enjoying the beautiful weather, the gorgeous beach, the fantastic food and the Spanish culture.
