The charming apartment Hermanas Femenias is situated in Calvia, in a scenic mountain area in southern Mallorca.
The newly renovated home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a gaming console a baby cot and a highchair.
From the open terrace surrounding the apartment on the first floor, you will have a lovely mountain view and on the ground floor you can spend the evenings on the covered terrace with a glass of wine and dinners from the barbecue.
The closest supermarket is only a 4-minute walk (300 m) away, and the center of Calvia with many shops, restaurants and cafés is 500 m (6-minute walk) from the apartment.
The closest beach, Platja Gran de Torà, is 9.8 km (16-minute drive) away.
Mallorca’s capital city of Palma (city center) is located 20 km (26-minute drive) east of Calvia and the airport can be reached in a half hour (32 km).
Street parking is available.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking is allowed.

Ruhige Lage, fernab vom Massentourismus mit tollem Blick über Calvia. Gute Ausstattung und sauberer Zustand. Gut erreichbarer und freundlicher Gastgeber.

We had a lovely stay in Calvia. The property was lovely and in a great location with amazing views. 4 cafe/ bars that are walkable to a nice drink/ snack.
