In southwestern Lanzarote, just a short walk from the golden beaches and shops of Playa Blanca, the home Casa Sultana is in a central yet quiet area for relaxing holidays.
The modern villa with tasteful decor consists of a living room, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 2 bathrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a highchair.
In your outdoor area with mountain views, you will find a spacious patio with a long dining table and a lounge area as well as a private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and regional cacti.
There is furthermore an outdoor shower available for your use.
The centre of Playa Blanca, with its many supermarkets, bars, shops, and international cuisine is just 1 km or a 13-minute walk away.
You can reach several golden, sandy beaches in just 15 minutes of walking (1.3 km), including Playa Blanca and Playa Dorada. The pool is heated by solar panels on hot days, in the winter a heat pump system raises the temperature for a perfect bathing experience. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed.
