On the south western coast of Gran Canaria we rent and sell a variety of apartments in Mogán, in the so called “little Venice “ ,at the beach and in the valley of Mogan.
The apartments are highly equipped and appropriate for self-catering and to suit all tastes, because they are all privately owned.
We are proud to say that El Sirocco has been in business since 2000, and has grown from a simple beginning to become one of the largest rental agencies in Mogán.
Puerto de Mogán, the most westerly holiday resort on Gran Canaria’s southern coast, is a picturesque port, a charming fishing village, a marina and chic holiday destination all rolled into one. The stretch of golden sand on this excellent and well-protected beach, makes it a favourite with families.
The clear water is calm and the sea around the breakwater is a great place for snorkelling as there is a variety of fish to spot.
Also, visitors can explore the fascinating underwater world by taking a trip on a yellow submarine or spending some time on a deep-sea fishing boat and catch world-record-sized tunas or marlins.
There are sunbeds, sunshades, pedalos and canoes for hire and kiosks offering cool drinks and snacks. This is an up-market holiday resort, aiming to offer quality over quantity for discerning holidaymakers who prefer relaxing surroundings to hustle and bustle. Away from the beach is a network of canals and bridges, which is why Puerto de Mogán is often described as ‘Little Venice’. Visitors can enjoy a pleasant stroll around the port, where there is a good selection of shops and superb fish restaurants. There are places to park on the road as well as a car park close to the beach.
Buses run frequently and there is a taxi rank. Puerto de Mogán is an area with a marine tradition which because of its unique setting and natural beauty, has evolved into one of the most beautiful urban settlements of the Canary Islands.
The marina, where many international sailing enthusiasts converge, has 225 moorings and is an excellent sailing spot, making the port of Mogán an unforgettable place. For those interested in culture, a walk thorough the streets of the centre is recommended, to see the church of Saint Anthony (Iglesia de San Antonio), built inThe church includes a beautiful wooden carving and statues of Saint Anthony of Padua and the Immaculate Conception. Gran Canaria has beaches to suit all tastes.
From the enormous extension of the Maspalomas dunes to the multitude of bays along the coastline of Mogán. From the lively beach at Las Canteras, to the tiny coves to the north of the island. Oh, and don’t forget the sun, plus a mild climate and pleasant temperatures all year round, with warm Winters and slightly warmer Summers. Look no further for a holiday world for your family.

The biggest threat Gran Canaria may pose is a bad case of sunburn or a nasty hangover! Regardless of the time of year that you choose to visit Gran Canaria, don't be fooled by cool breezes and cloudy days.
Make the most of the glorious sunshine but remember to use a high factor sun lotion and apply it regularly.
Also, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Läget är superbra! Närheten till allt. Värde för pengarna trots renoveringsbehov
Lägenheten behöver renoveras! Ofräscht badrum som luktade mögel. Duschdraperi och toaborste behövde verkligen bytas ut. Lösa kakelplattor på golvet, smutsiga möbler och gardiner. Balkongmöblerna obekväma. Sängen var ca 160 cm bred men ganska bekväm. Inget WIFI.
