In Alcúdia, just a few metres from the beach, the holiday home "Venecia" is located on the 1st floor of a house that belongs to a residence with a shared pool.
The apartment is ideal for family holidays and consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, a well-equipped open kitchen with a counter, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for 2 people) as well as a modern bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, satellite TV, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair.
In the outdoor area there is a private, covered balcony with an awning, a dining table and chairs, from where you can admire the well-kept garden and the pool.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast or round off warm summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine.
In the shared garden you will also find a 42 m² pool, outdoor showers and a children's pool for the younger guests.
Thanks to the ideal location of the accommodation there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity and the nearest beach, Playa Alcúdia, is 250 m away.
This dreamlike beach with crystal-clear, turquoise water awaits your visit and promises guests relaxing holidays.
The accommodation is also 3.9 km from S'Albufera de Mallorca, a natural park, and less than 3 km from the famous Alcanada Golf.

We loved having breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine. A short walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of lovely places to eat in walking distance.
The pool was not usable- this was disappointing for our children

Nos gustó todo. Limpieza, ubicación, exteriores, ambiente tranquilo, la mayoría de los vecinos propietarios por lo que garantizas ambiente respetuoso en la piscina. Respecto al mobiliario, lo justo para que no te falte nada, aires acondicionados funcionando perfectamente en todas las habitaciones, n...
Que se nos hizo muy corto la estancia.

Die Ausstattung war super, Klimaanlage absolut super bei den Temperaturen. Die Lage ist toll um von dort aus Ausflüge zu starten, ich hatte einen Mietwagen und da war der Parkplatz natürlich super. Wegen der Waschmaschine hätte wohl nur die Hälfte mitnehmen müssen. Auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet.
Wir Deutschen sind, was Sauberkeit angeht, meist etwas pingeliger, für mich war es ok, aber das Bad hätte schon sauberer sein können. Außerdem sind die Matratzen sehr hart, dass ich irgendwann lieber auf der Couch geschaffen habe. Zudem sind vor und hinter der Wohnung jede Menge Bars, vor 24 Uhr ist...
