Villa Kalostous is a spacious, modern, and beautiful villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests.
It covers an area of 80 square meters and is located in close proximity to the villages of Mesi and Agia Triada in the Rethymno area.
Situated on top of a hill amidst olive groves and other plantations, the villa boasts uninterrupted and expansive views of the mountains, meadows, and the sea. It provides a haven of serenity and relaxation, far from the noise and traffic, while still being just a short walk away from a local traditional tavern and a picturesque village. The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.
Additionally, one of the sofas can be converted into a bed, suitable for a child.
There are two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub ensuite and another with a shower and WC adjacent to the second bedroom.
The open-plan modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, seamlessly connected to the spacious living room with sophisticated decor. Ample surrounding space is available for hours of relaxation on the loungers in front of the large pool or beneath the shade of the fully furnished, cozy patio/veranda.

This is our second visit. We love the peace and tranquility.
If you need anything George will always help you.
We stopped on route to get supplies, but maybe a small welcome pack of milk, coffee, tea etc would be useful.

Gut ausgestattete Villa. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden alle 3 Tage getauscht. Maria und ihr Team waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Was für ein schöner Ort! Der Garten war perfekt zum Grillen, und wir haben es genossen, draußen zu essen. Die nahegelegene Taverne war ein toller Fund für regionale Küche, und die Nähe zum Strand war einfach herrlich. Insgesamt ein großartiges Erlebnis!
