In Santanyí, the holiday home Son Garrot is embedded in wide fields, providing its guests with a high level of privacy and an idyllic holiday.
The traditional, 130 m² Majorcan country house with a stone façade and shutters extends over 2 floors and consists of an open living/dining room with a loft, a very well-equipped country kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds (the bedroom on the upper floor is part of the loft, so it is open, but it has a folded screen approx. 1.60 x 1.60 m. to ensure privacy), as well as 2 bathrooms.
The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the master bedroom, cable TV and a highchair. In the 8,100 m² outdoor area you will find a large lawn, a spacious terrace with a dining table and a barbecue.
