The dreamlike holiday house Pinnetta Sarda, which looks like a ‘trullo’ from southern Italy (a traditional round house of the region Salento), is located 15 minutes by car from Sassari.
It extends over 2 floors and has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with one double bed and one sofa bed) as well as one bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 5 people.
The entire house is stylishly furnished and impresses guests with its unique architecture, which perfectly combines modern and traditional elements.
Additional amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV. The spacious outdoor area is shared with the guests of the surrounding holiday homes and consists of a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden.
Prepare tasty meals on the grill or end the evening with a glass of wine.
There is also a pond with fish under a shady tree on the property.
The second largest city in Sardinia, Sassari, is only a 15-minute drive away (or 19 km) and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. In the neighbouring towns within a radius of 5 km you will also find a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket.
The natural beach of Spiaggia Marina di Sorso is 34 km or 30 minutes by car away and the sandy beach of Spiaggia della Speranza is 61 km or a 53-minute drive from the property. Pets are allowed under request and for an extra fee. Parking spaces are available on the property. The property is also rented for private events; please contact the property owner for further info.

Even though Alessandro does not speak English very well, the communication can be made through online translators. They are very nice and they know how to welcome guests. The house was a nice experience and the pool is great ! Definitively a good place for travellers with a car

La serenità
Mancano i guanciali per i letti singoli ma ci sono tanti cuscini decorativi . Sarebbe un valore aggiunto .
E anche uno stendibiancheria per gli asciugamani usati in piscina. Ma sono piccoli dettagli che puntualizziamo per farlo diventare un soggiorno perfetto. Grazie di tutto.

Mooi zwembad maar er werden luidruchtige feesten ( mensen van buitenaf) gegeven waardoor wij niet konden zwemmen en eigenlijk geen plek hadden om rustig buiten te zitten.
Beschrijving van o.a. de keuken en inventaris kloppen niet met de werkelijkheid, koelkast amper voor 2 personen, afzuigkap niet aangesloten, vuile luchtkwam gewoon in keuken tevens slaapkamer uit.
Je kon er niet koken, oven was kapot enz.
Geen eettafel: stoelen buiten, geen privé plek buiten om te zitten. Prachtig zwembad maar daar werden feesten gegeven,
