The property is located in a very quiet area just 1.5 km from the city center.
The Villa is also equipped with a comfortable outbuilding complete with table, chairs, kitchenette and fridge.
You will also find a fantastic barbecue for your grills and a beautiful private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden of exotic palm trees, lawn and Mediterranean plants. The Villa Minoa is a very comfortable structure for families and groups of up to 9 or 11 people wanting to take advantage of the outbuilding.
The outdoor swimming pool will allow you to spend moments of absolute tranquility and relaxation.
The villa inside is equipped with three air conditioners: one in the living room and one in each bedroom.
The bathroom is very large and spacious with every comfort and a shower.
The two double bedrooms are both equipped with additional portable bed but if necessary we can provide additional beds in the dependance or living room.
