Tre Stelle Condominium is a modern 6-floor building equipped with an elevator, designed to provide comfort and convenience during your holiday.
On the ground floor, there is a fenced condominium parking area, not available for all guests, and a gate with direct access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea with ease.
The building is located in front of Bagno Marisa beach and on Viale Mare Adriatico, the seafront of Lido di Pomposa, where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, and all kinds of services.
Thanks to its prime location, Tre Stelle Condominium is the perfect choice for those who want to spend their holiday without using a car, with all conveniences close by and the beach just steps away.
Apartment on the 5th floor of a condominium in front of the sea with elevator composed by living-room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a balcony with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The apartment is equipped with TV and washing machine.
It is located on the seafront of Lido, convenient to all the shops and the sea. The excellent location allows you to spend your entire vacation admiring daily beautiful sunrises and relax listening to the sound of the sea.
BEDS
The apartment has a maximum of 2 beds for adults and 2 children on the sofa bed.
SERVICES ON REQUEST

Bed linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
Bath linen: € 10.00 per person per supply.
ANIMAL HOSPITALITY
Only one pet per accommodation is allowed on request, at a cost of € 5.00 per night.
In the event of failure to notify or the introduction of more animals, the Agency may cancel the entire stay at any time without any refund of money. BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING Final cleaning by the guest is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be tidy and clean (including the removal of any rest of food, cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposal of waste, etc.). If it is not done correctly, a cost of € 90.00 will be charged. The final cleaning service can be requested by the guest at the time of booking or at check-in at a cost of € 90.00. TOURIST TAX € 0.50 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment. INSURE YOUR HOLIDAY
