Townhouse 300 meters from the sea/beach that sleeps up to 6 people.
A three-story townhouse located in front of the emblematic old walls of Palma, and Palma's well-known beach.
This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma.
Its prime location is its main appeal; the house is located in proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma, as well as many other tourist attractions and shops.
On the first floor, you will find the living room area, an open-plan dining area with glass-panelled doors that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need for home cooking.
There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet.
The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and a small area with a desk and a wardrobe.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower head over the bathtub.
The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer.
Enjoy Palma and its many attractions! It's an amazing place for a holiday in Palma, perfect to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture, and it's close to the city beach, where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also taken for December to March.
Long winter rental prices on request.
The heating of this property is by gas, the cost is 10 euros per night, this is not included in the booking price,so it should be paid on the check-in day.
Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee of 50,00 euros which can be paid in cash on arrival.
All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be 50€ extra charge.
No pets allowed.
