The holiday home in typical Menorcan style has a cosy living room with a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate 6 people.
The fantastic outdoor area includes a private, covered terrace with barbecue and a communal pool with a separate children's pool, all of which is shared with the guests of the other holiday homes in the resort.
In this cozy residence you can spend relaxing holidays in the immediate vicinity of numerous supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars, which are within walking distance, as well as shopping centres, leisure facilities and water parks in the area.
The beach is only 150 metres away and can be reached on foot in just 3 minutes. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parking is available on the property and in the street. Pets are allowed. Please note: Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. No parties, events or noisy meetings that can disturb neighbors are allowed.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate departure of guests and cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.
