In El Palmar, famous for its miles of sandy beaches, the holiday home El Olivo is situated in a quiet setting and can accommodate 4 people.
The modern, child-friendly house has a living-dining area with integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with bar counter and fireplace, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom.
Other facilities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fans, a baby cot, a highchair and bicycles.
The highlight is the spacious outdoor area with a well-kept garden, a covered, furnished terrace and a barbecue, the perfect place for relaxing holidays.
In addition, all guests have access to a salt water pool and outdoor showers, which are shared with 3 other holiday homes.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.
The beach is 800 m away. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. The house owners live on the same property and are always happy to help. The property has a heater and a fireplace. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
