Le Clos du Papoune is a very comfortable holiday rental in Nyons with up to 6 sleepings. This holiday rental in the Drôme provencale is equipped with a private heated pool, free Internet/wifi, barbecue and television (including English providers).
1. The rental includes:
-kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, induction cooker, fridge, combi oven/microwave, toaster)
- living room (tv, dvd player, fire place).
- up to 3 bedrooms depending on the number of guests (yellow room: 2 single beds 90x200 cm; blue room: 2 single beds 90x200; turret room: 2 bunk beds 90x200)
-up to 2 bathrooms (depending on the number of guests) with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine (only upper bathroom), hair dryer
-entrance with separate toilet for guests
-bed linen for the number of guests
-all terraces outside, including the covered terrace with barbecue.
-private heated pool during pool season (may-september)
-free Wifi/internet
-babycot available for free (please ask in advance so that we can prepare for your arrival)

-Private heated pool during low season (please contact us for more information)
-wellness area (e.g. sauna, Cross-trainer,..., especially nice in low season)
-end of stay cleaning (please contact us for more information)
-towel set (1 large, 1 small, 1 wash cloth/person)

3. Rules:
-the villa must be tidied up when you return the keys.
-no smoking and no pets allowed.
-Swimming in the pool for children under the age of 13 always under adult supervision.
-it is forbidden to sublet the villa or to invite guests who have not been declared at the time of booking.
-we ask you to respect the house and to live in it as if it were your home and that you take into account the neighbours.
While there is not a nice view on the mountains or a rural area from the holiday rental, thanks to its ideal situation you will be able to enjoy the commodities of the village of Nyons (Drôme - Provence), while still having your full privacy and staying in a very calm area of Nyons. Indeed, this holiday rental in the Drôme Provencale is situated in a very calm dead end street at 200 m of the coöperative of Nyons just behind the cemetery (the back of the building and the cemetery is partially visible from some terraces, but not from the pool area).
The garden of the holiday rental is completely enclosed, thereby further ensuring your privacy and prohibiting any view from the street into the house or the garden. Next to the holiday rental there is a safe parking place for your car. All in all, perfect conditions for splendid holidays in the Provence !
The comfortable house for rent is fully equipped with eg. a fire place in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ...). A washing machine is also freely available. Throughout the holiday rental as well as the garden, there is free Wifi. Part of the terrace is covered and a barbecue is present.
An outside shower allows a refreshing rinse, without the need to enter the house. On the second terrace under the pine trees, the hamac is the perfect place for reading your favorite book or a relaxing nap.
In case you like to indulge with some wellness during the holidays, please do not hesitate to get in touch for the possibilities.
