Agriturismo Poggio Pistolese, located in the heart of Tuscany, is a family-run agritourism producing since 1972 Chianti wine and Olive Oil.
Since 2003 Poggio we offer the chance to spend holidays in the property, as we have four finely refurbished bedrooms available.
Our guests can dine by us in the restaurant area. All plates are made with care for our guests to make them taste the real, traditional Tuscan cuisine. Most of the ingredients of our recipes come from our garden, just like meat coming from our little farm. Poultry such as chickens, rabbits and pigeons, and vegetables of our garden are genuinely prepared together with handmade pasta and desserts. Our place is cosy and eating together is a ritual.

Poggio Pistolese is immersed in the green of vineyards, olive groves and woods in the area of Montaione, a few miles away from San Gimignano and Volterra, right in the middle of the triangle connecting Florence, Pisa and Siena, a territory crossed by the ancient Via Francigena.

The strategic position is perfect for touristic daily excursions in the Tuscan art cities or in the Medieval villages, and yet for outdoor activities, trekking or biking along the tracks in our territory or just among olive trees, vineyards and History.
