This typical Mallorcan holiday home is spread over 2 floors and features a living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Family-friendly amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, high chair, cot, barbecue, and garage.
On the balcony with garden furniture, you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Restaurants, bars, and a lovely promenade are within walking distance.
The nearest supermarket, the beach, and the airport are just a short drive away. Groups of guests are not allowed, regardless of age; only families may stay.
Exceptions can be considered upon direct request via the booking platform chat. Please note that this property is in a residential area and we enforce a strict no-parties policy.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone, gli spazi erano accoglienti e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza.
È stato molto comodo avere 3 bagni di cui 1 con vasca, 1 con doccia e 1 all ingresso con solo lavandino e water.
È presente anche una terrazza con un barbecue.
L’host Luisa è stata molto gentile e...
Non abbiamo trovato 1 stendi biancheria che poteva essere utile avendo soggiornato in 8 persone, per il resto è stato tutto perfetto

I lavandino dei bagni un po' troppo piccoli, il piano cottura a induzione non funzionava particolarmente bene e cucina non attrezzata bene

Die Lage ist perfekt. zum Meer sind es nur wenige Schritte. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
