This beautiful property has a fantastic sea view and is located away from touristic hotspots in the south of Crete.
There are 2 holiday houses on a shared garden and nature property in an idyllic and quiet setting, directly at the beach of Keratokampos.
The holiday houses ARMENOPETRA and VIGLA in Mediterranean style are built in L-form, slightly offset with a distance of approx. 10m between them.
The huge and beautifully landscaped property directly at the beach is covered with olive trees and various Cretan plants and flowers.
The comfortable holiday domicile ARMENOPETRA with a wonderful sea view is slightly offset to the side and front of the holiday house VIGLA.
It is tastefully furnished with elaborate details, has a ground level entry and offers all amenities for a perfect holiday close to the sea and the Cretan nature.
Adjoining to the elegantly furnished living/dining room is the open kitchen, the bedroom and the bath.
A staircase leads to small, open the gallery with a sleeping possibility above the hall.
From the gallery you have direct access to the sight-protected rooftop terrace of the holiday house, where you can enjoy a unique, wide view across the sea and the scenic coastal landscape of southern Crete.
From the living room you have access to the circumferential, partly roofed terrace with a magnificent sea view.
Secluded tranquillity, a well-conceived residential comfort, a very clean sea and a quiet beach at your doorstep is what you can expect in this area.
There are some grocery shops and taverns in the next village, Kastri-Keratokampos, which is in walking distance.
A visit to the picturesque Ano Viannos and other villages in close vicinity are worth a while as their structure and customs have remained traditionally Cretan up to date.
The Palace of Knossos, the most impressive excavation of the Minoan culture, is only 1 hour away from your holiday domicile.

Wir hatten beide Häuser gemietet. Deshalb haben wir absolute Ruhe gehabt - genau das was wir auch gesucht haben. Kein Tourismus; Kilometer langer Strand ohne Menschen; kein Flug- oder Autolärm; super Preise in den Gaststätten. Durch die neue Straße eine kurze Anfahrtzeit von nur 1 Stunde nach Heraklion.

Für uns ist es einer der Höhepunkte des Jahres, Urlaub in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus, mit allem was man braucht...einer herrlichen Sitzecke unter dem Olivenbaum mit Blick aufs Meer...2min bis ins Wasser, himmlische Ruhe und top "House"-Service aller 3 Tage...einfach nur *****

Sehr gutes Haus für zwei Personen die gern mit dem Auto fahren. Von allem etwas abgelegen, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Freundlicher deutsch sprechender Vermieter, der sich kümmert wenn es nötig wird. Einige brauchbare Tavernen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Idealer Ort, wenn das daneben stehende Haus von Freunden bewohnt wird.
