The IRINI holiday home complex is located in the south-east of the island, approx. 4.5 km from the charming village of Lefkimi and approx. 3 km south of the small harbour of Lefkimi, on a well-kept, huge garden plot with lawn, many Mediterranean flowers, plants and palm trees.
The complex consists of 2 two-storey buildings, which are staggered one behind the other, and a single-storey building perpendicular to them.
In the front building, which faces the sea, there are two adjoining studios on the ground floor.
The flat on the upper floor is used as a holiday flat by the landlord couple.
In the second row, directly behind the front building, there is another house with two flats on each floor.
Approx. 60m perpendicular to the second house is another building with 3 adjoining holiday flats.
Beautiful, frontal to the sea and directly on the beach situated house with unique, free view of the Ionian Sea up to the opposite mainland.
The appropriately furnished studio IRINI is located on the raised ground floor of the front house, with its own entrance at the back.
The open-plan bedroom is adjoined by the kitchenette and the bathroom.
Direct exit to the covered terrace with beautiful sea view and the garden via 7 steps.
In the side part of the garden plot is the common BBQ area of the holiday home complex IRINI for the use of all guests.
The flats of this lovely holiday home complex are particularly suitable for small groups, friendly couples and families with children.
What awaits you here is tranquillity, seclusion, plenty of space to play, relax and swim, because the beach and the sea are right on your doorstep, the water is shallow and ideal for children. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat can be used free of charge by arrangement with the landlord.
The extensive Bouka sandy beach, approx. 5 km away, with sun loungers and umbrellas, a taverna and café, offers unforgettable bathing fun for the whole family.

Die gesamte Anlage Irini ist sehr schön gestaltet und unterhalten. Das Besitzerehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der Lage her gibt es einen positiven Punkt (das Grundstück grenzt ans Meer) und einen eher negativen (die Strasse und Kavos sind etwas gar nahe).

Wir hatten das Appartment No. 5 mit Terrasse zum Meer. Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasser, sehr gepflegte Anlage, absolut fotogen, mit herrlichen großen Palmen, romantische mediterrane Architektur. Freundliche Vermieter. Küche und Bad sind vergleichsweise einfach, aber den Kompromiss sind wir gerne eingegangen. In der Gegend wohl weit und breit das schönste Objekt.

äußerst bemühtes und hilfsbereites Besitzerehepaar(immer anwesend), das eine geschützte und gepflegte Oase behütet, inmitten einer vom normalen (Familien)tourismus verlassenen und damit party- und lärmhungrigen jungen Leuten überlassenen Gegend. WLAN leider nur im Haus direkt am Strand verfügbar. Alle anderen sind eingeladen, beim Besitzerehepaar emails zu checken etc.
